Over the next several installments, we will provide you with the variety of coffee and teas that we offer at Asbury Park Roastery.
When describing coffee, we will be listing its origin, whether it is a FT (Fair Trade) item and if the coffee is ORG (Organic). We will also provide the type of roast of the coffee such as:
SUBURB = Mild roast, most highlights bean's unique taste characteristics
CITY = Medium roast, sweet spot, balance of bean and roast flavor
FULL CITY ROAST = Darker roast, more roast flavor, often bittersweet
We will also give a brief description of what your senses will experience from the coffee being discussed.
And as always, all roasting is done on premises!
